The stronger you are the better you feel.
Every time I work out I can feel my strength growing not just physically but mentally and emotionally. Mental and emotional fitness is so important.

I guess my ‘newish’ timeline is to be at my goal by the holidays. I know I could easily be there in 2-3 months maybe even less. I’ve just been lacking motivation, but this quote really brings me back and grounds me. I am closer than I think, so much closer than I’ve ever been.

For the first time in years I can’t wait to go on vacation to the beach. I’m happy, confident, and fit. I’m going to be seeing people I haven’t seen in years and I’m excited.
I worked out so much yesterday, P90X Plyometrics, worked with the horses, and went for a walk. I am so sore today. I’m also waiting for NEW RUNNING SHOES in the mail, me so excited.
If I lived alone this would be a saying I would post all over my kitchen. I think it such a great reminder. Whats your favorite motivational saying?
This is one of my ‘silly’ goals.
I want to do a headstand on the beach.
Firstly because I think a true headstand is a great show of fitness. Secondly I always blackout when I move too fast so being able to do a headstand is really out-there for me.
I can so relate to it. Like when I’m eating out with friends and I get a salad, my over weight ‘friends’ always say things like “your so skinny” “eat a pizza”….. I’m just trying to be healthier……..
