I found this very inspiring, especially the first part.
It’s always a choice.
I literally woke up this morning and thought to myself WHY?
Why am I working so hard, why do I need this?
I guess for me it’s a lot of the same reasons as him, the way it makes me feel, the discipline, the happiness and peace of mind it brings.
The stronger you are the better you feel.
Every time I work out I can feel my strength growing not just physically but mentally and emotionally. Mental and emotional fitness is so important.
I need this shirt…besides the fact that it’s cute it’s also so true. If I had a bad day, a run definitely helps
When I have off days I used to beat myself up about it. Now I pick myself and get over it quickly. I can tell that working out and getting enough sleep have made me mentally and physically healthier.
This is all so interesting, some of this I knew already but quite a lot of it I had no clue. I mean a pound of muscle burns 7-10 calories versus 2-3 from fat. Makes you realize how important it is to be fit and thriving versus simply thin.
I have to say, there are times were I’m just mad…for no particular reason… and I turn it into fuel for my workouts. It works every time.
So many people make comments about how people who are fit are just ‘lucky’ or its ‘genetics’
