I feel way stronger since doing p90x for 3 weeks now. I’m excited to feel the results more than I even was to see the weight go down. Its a welcome change to simply feel better.
I am contemplating this detox I saw on Dr. Oz today. Its not a liquid diet or anything. You basically cut sugar, gluten, dairy, red meat, and a few others. Replace them with good stuff. It all sounds pretty legit. I’d love to know if anyone’s tried it or heard of it.
