This is all so interesting, some of this I knew already but quite a lot of it I had no clue. I mean a pound of muscle burns 7-10 calories versus 2-3 from fat. Makes you realize how important it is to be fit and thriving versus simply thin.
I have to say, there are times were I’m just mad…for no particular reason… and I turn it into fuel for my workouts. It works every time.
Just bought a new computer and right now I hate it.

I lost a pound wooohoo
I feel way stronger since doing p90x for 3 weeks now. I’m excited to feel the results more than I even was to see the weight go down. Its a welcome change to simply feel better.
I am contemplating this detox I saw on Dr. Oz today. Its not a liquid diet or anything. You basically cut sugar, gluten, dairy, red meat, and a few others. Replace them with good stuff. It all sounds pretty legit. I’d love to know if anyone’s tried it or heard of it.

I want to do a headstand on the beach.
Firstly because I think a true headstand is a great show of fitness. Secondly I always blackout when I move too fast so being able to do a headstand is really out-there for me.
