Woo, I’m back to losing weight,Ive been doing p90x for a week now and I finally lost some. Even in the first few days though I could tell I was getting smaller, just not in the poundage.
This would have been great for me when I started to lose weight, but its still pretty cool now.
Can you imagine the strain on your nervous system. Being hugely overweight is unhealthy, that’s why I’m getting healthier one day at a time.
The simplest way to describe what I want to do.
It seems so easy when you see it like this,…and for all times we feel its too hard we need to realize it really is this simple.
I’ feeling really stressed today. i have finals right around the corner and my scholarship hangs in the balance.
So i thought I will do yoga today and eat more vegetables. It will make me feel better, more focused, and awake.
I am optimistic as of right now and I pray all the hard work pays off for both school and weight loss.
I WILL do yoga at least 5 days a week from now till Christmas and after
I WILL not give up, I will not quit, I will not l let a day go by without being one step closer to my goal
